The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising that a section of the Bounty Hall roadway in Trelawny, in the vicinity of Green Park, will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic, on Sunday, November 24, 2024. This closure will be in effect between the hours of 10:00 am and 5 pm.
Community Relations officer for the NWA’s Western Region, Janel Ricketts, says that the roadway is being closed to facilitate the replacement of a defective culvert, which has compromised a section of the roadway.
During the period of closure, motorists travelling from the Bounty Hall direction towards the town of Falmouth may travel via Friendship, Bunkers Hill and Martha Brae.
Motorists are being advised to obey the posted warning signs and instructions of flag persons.
