The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising that the pedestrian foot path located under the bridge adjacent to the football field, used by students to access the Red Hills Road entrance to Dunrobin Primary School has been closed with immediate effect.
Closure is a result of the deterioration of the foot path which makes it unsafe for use by pedestrians, in particular students.
A technical team visited the structure and assessed its present condition to be unsafe and recommended its immediate closure.
The bridge foot path will be closed indefinitely and the NWA is advising that pedestrians do not attempt to use it. Pedestrians are directed to use the existing pedestrian crossing in the vicinity of the bridge.
