The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists and pedestrians that there will be temporary changes to traffic movement along the Botany Bay main road, St. Thomas, on Sunday, October 26, 2014, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The temporary change is to facilitate pipe laying across the roadway.

The section of the roadway at the intersection of the Botany Bay and Pamphret to Morant Bay main roads will be reduced to and operate as single lane alternately during the period of pipe laying. There is no alternative route.

Motorists should expect minor delays and are advised to proceed with caution and are also asked to obey all posted warning and directional signs
and the instructions of flag persons.

The NWA apologises for any inconvenience these changes to traffic movement may cause and request the cooperation and understanding of motorists and pedestrians who use this corridor.
