The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising that the West Prospect Bridge in North Central St. Catherine is reopened to vehicular traffic.
The bridge, located along the West Prospect parochial road was damaged during flood rains in November/December last year.
Phase one of the emergency repairs is complete with the reinstatement of the bridge. Protective works which constitutes Phase two of the project will commence shortly.
The emergency repair works were completed in one week.
