On behalf of China Harbour Engineering Company Limited –contractor for the Jamaica North-South Highway Project, the National Works Agency wishes to advise the motoring public that effective August 11, 2015 Philip Brown Drive in Steer Town, St. Ann will be closed for a period of one (1) month. This is to facilitate the construction of the permanent road diversion as part of the ongoing Jamaica North-South Highway construction works.
The alternative detour route is via the “Chalky Hill Truck Route”. Motorists are being advised to obey the posted directional and warning signs and follow the instructions of flag persons.

Motorists are being advised to drive cautiously and obey the posted signs.
