MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of three (3) years Post Graduate experience in Civil
Engineering with knowledge of design of bridges, retaining structures,
and other Civil Engineering Structures and/or three (3) years’
experience in Civil Engineering works (especially Road Construction).
SKILLS REQUIREMENT/KEY COMPETENCIES
• Team Player
• Project Planning and Management skills
• Working knowledge of Contract Management Skills
• Competence in computer applications
• Competence in designing and interpreting engineering drawing, briefs,
diagrams
• Training in Civil Engineering
• Flexibility
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
