The National Works Agency is seeking suitably qualified
individuals to fill the above-mentioned position
Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Four (4) CXC/GCE or equivalent
• Certification or training in electrical installation and repairs
• Apprenticeship certificate
• At least three (3) years work experience
• Exposure to several types of Air Conditioning Systems
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Sound knowledge of electrical principles and local standards for
installation.
• Trouble shooting ability.
• Team player.
• Good oral and writing skills.
REPORTS TO: Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
• Trouble shooting maintenance problems to determine cause of
malfunction and correct fault.
• Preparing estimate of spares needed for correcting fault.
• Periodically check system to prompt failure, correct or
recommend corrective measures.
• Oversee works undertaken by suppliers/contractors.
• Investigate complaints received from clients and recommend
corrective action.
• Perform minor repairs to electrical/mechanical systems.
