The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists that Chancery Street, St. Andrew, will be reduced to single lane usage alternately, from 9 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, October 09, 2013 until 7 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2013. Chancery Street connects Kinghtsdale Drive to Red Hills Road.
The alternate usage of lanes along Chancery Street is to facilitate repairs to this roadway, which include cleaning of side drains, removal of porous sections of the road surface, minor base work and paving the roadway with Asphaltic Concrete.
This arrangement may result in minor delays along this roadway during the three days that work is scheduled.
The NWA is advising motorists to proceed with caution, obey the instructions of flag persons and posted warning and directional signs while work is in progress.
